For the fourth consecutive year, Sterling Fine Homes & Land is the Presenting Sponsor Happy Trails for Kids.  Now in its fifth year, Happy Trails for Kids, hosted by the Legend Trail Community, has raised over $150,000 for Child Crisis Center-East Valley (CCC).  CCC serves the entire Valley of the Sun and provides a safe haven for children suffering from abuse and neglect.  Since its inception in 2002, Happy Trails for Kids has grown into two fundraising events -– an online auction from November 14 to November 28, and a December 2, 2006 Gala with both silent and live auctions.  The Gala features wonderful appetizers and delectable desserts donated by local restaurants along with wine and soft drinks.
